PNN survey on international scholarship PhD candidates

PNN launched a survey about international scholarship PhD candidates (beurspromovendi) in the Netherlands.

Why a survey on international scholarship PhD candidates?

While we have a general idea of their sometimes precarious situation, there is no data available focused solely on them. The survey’s goal is to offer detailed insights into working conditions, PhD trajectory, financial state, immigration process, help from universities and general well being of this group, so we can further understand the challenges faced by international scholarship PhD candidates in the Netherlands and work towards better conditions for them.

Why do we need your help?

International scholarship PhDs are a difficult group to reach, as they are not always registered. Therefore, we call upon our network and our members to promote and distribute the survey among scholarship candidates. Some joint effort is needed to reach as many scholarship PhDs as possible.
